復合板廠家說筒體為復合板制作的塔器,經常會遇到塔內件支撐件是焊在復合板的基層,還是焊在覆層的問題。

如果焊在覆層,除了校核內件支撐件與覆層連接焊縫的強度,還應考慮基層和覆層的結合強度。而要求焊在基層的,多半是擔心基層和覆層的結合強度。

內件支撐件焊在基層的難點,在于需要小心翼翼地剝開覆層,而不能傷害基層。

另外,如果內件支撐件(如鋯材)不能與基層(如碳鋼)焊 接,那也只能焊在覆層了。(鋯材是不能與碳鋼或不銹鋼進行熔化焊的)

對于制造單位來說,要求內件支撐件焊在復合板制筒體的基層上,困難在于剔除復層加工槽的難度很大,必 須嚴格控制加工精度,否則容易傷及基層材料,并且不可避免地會延長工期,和增加成本。
For manufacturing units, it is difficult to require the support parts of internal parts to be welded on the base of composite plate cylinder, because it is very difficult to remove the multi-layer processing groove. The processing accuracy must be strictly controlled, otherwise it is easy to damage the base material, and will inevitably extend the construction period and increase the cost.
一般情況下,復合板結合剪切強度都高于焊縫金屬許用剪切應力,也就是說,內件支撐件與覆層的連接焊縫即使被拉裂了,復層結合強度也不會被破壞。
In general, the bonding shear strength of clad plate is higher than the allowable shear stress of weld metal, that is to say, the bonding strength of clad plate will not be damaged even if the connecting weld between the inner support and cladding is cracked.
但對于鈦、鋯等材料許用應力比較低的情況,上述校核也是有可能不合格的,此時可通過調整焊縫形式來增強其承載能力。

復合板廠家說隨著我國復合板爆 炸技術水平的提高,復層結合強度已能滿足內件支撐件焊縫強度的需求。所以在內件支撐件與筒體連接焊縫強度計算合格的前提下,從設備制造難度、制造工期及經濟成本等因素綜合考慮,內件支撐件宜直接焊 接在復合板筒體的復層上。
