不銹鋼碳鋼復合板焊接標準!

  根據焊接標準Bl50 1998鋼壓力容器,所有新材料和新焊接工藝都應進行焊接工藝評定。焊接程序評估應基于可靠的鋼焊接性能測試,并應在產品焊接前完成。不銹鋼復合板能否通過焊接工藝審核是不銹鋼復合板焊接的關鍵。目前,不銹鋼復合板的焊接工藝評定應依法進行“不銹鋼復合鋼的焊接工藝評定”的附錄A鋼壓力容器焊接工藝評定的JB 4708 - 2000(標準的附錄),并遵守有關規定標準的身體。

  不銹鋼復合板過渡層焊接金屬中存在的的主要問題在稀釋由于焊接碳鋼基層不含合金元素鉻,鎳,所以當焊縫金屬的熔化合金元素鉻、鎳稀釋效應,使焊接奧氏體形成元素鉻、鎳含量減少,可以產生在焊縫金屬淬火馬氏體組織,容易產生裂縫,從而惡化接頭質量。因此,在焊接過渡層時,應使用含有較多鉻和鎳的焊接材料,即使被基體稀釋,也不會產生馬氏體硬化組織。同時,采用合適的焊接方法和焊接工藝,減少了底座一側的焊接深度和焊縫稀釋。
