Tim and Kari Lindt

While covering the WBT Championship in Hot Springs, Arkansas, I had the honor of meeting Tim and Kari Lindt of Highland Village, Texas. They sponsor pro angler Helen Gordon, of nearby Flower Mound, Texas. Sponsorship is not always about product. The Lindts lost their daughter Britteny in a boating accident on Lake Lewisville in 2006. With the help of Helen Gordon, they are on a mission that will ultimately save lives. They have established a non-profit organization in memory of their daughter to bring awareness to the need for safer boating laws in the state of Texas and nationwide.
