• The first tournament I ever fished or even attended was the inaugural WBT at Lake Lewisville, Texas in October 2005.

Angler Trivia:

• I attended eighteen schools in four states before finishing college, so I learned to be very adaptable (I never meet a stranger). I spent 7 years serving as a missionary nurse in Central America during my 20's. As a result, I now speak fluent Spanish and have my own interpreting and translating business.
• I drove a motorcycle as my only means of transportation while living in Nicaragua and never broke a bone. I have made short-term trips with medical/surgical teams to Mexico, Nicaragua, and Honduras approximately 25 times since returning home from the mission field.
• I adopted twin infant daughters from Honduras, as a single parent. They are now sixteen years old and refuse to put bait on a hook or take a fish off.
• I once appeared on the television show, "Texas Justice" (Don't ask....it was a total fiasco!!).
